Hi all,

it would be lovely if you could add you own photo's/pictures in the environment. This could be a nice plugin to have for Aximion.

Hi Rudolf

You mean you want something like 3d gallery or an ability to add a photo or picture as an element of environment?

Hi Mightywill,

thank you very much for the reply! Sorry to be unclear about this, I meant indeed as you suggested the picture as an element of environment. It might even be very cool to be able to built some structure using pictures as panels/bars.

I use Aximion now a few goods days, and I've seen pictures of a very nice ALT TAB function, it seems not to work here, I use the portable edition now, I'll check again using the regular installer before post the question ;)

Hi Rudolf

Building structures might be really cool, but this also should have some purpose, right?

Yep, 3d Alt-Tab was initially added when Aximion was a WinXP-only application. After adding Vista/7 support some difficulties have been faced and we have had to disable this feature temporary.

Ah that's why it also didn't popup after installing. Well I'll keep waiting for 2.0 to see that!

You're right about the purpose, it's not that it's useable but it might be attractive to a lot of users to personalize.

I obtained a evaluation version of 3d max, I want to see what I can mod in the current release!

I'll be hanging around every now and then to check on updates. Already noted in my agenda the 2.0 release :D

If you mean building structures as personalization then yes and I must agree with you it makes sense.
Some time ago we have been even thinking about social networks integration but have not found appropriate realization yet.

About moding. Moding is a great idea and very important part of Aximion and we are going to provide to a mod creators as much power of customization as we can.
(as I know provided devkit is outdated so we need day or couple to update it)
