Well, I love 3DNA, I kind of assume you know that app, it's a 3D control app, not only a desktop but also more, like a browser pane filled with previews of the website, a control box for the controlpanel of windows, and so on. In 3DNA you can move like you're in a 3D shooter, that's real cool to do. More info about 3DNA:

Good luck with the development!
Hi Rudolf
Yes, In the very early versions of Aximion there was an ability to move over the environment, later we decided to focus on achieving maximum usability but using free moving user could be lost in the space which is unacceptable. At the same time further research and development can bring this feature back as we find usable form for it.
Our main aim is to make Aximion is really usable 3D environment which mean all user operations must require no more then two actions(click, move, gesture) so you be able to operate within it as fast as possible and at the same time utilize all power which 3D space can give us. 3DNA was very interesting project but it is dead now and we must understand and take into account mistakes they have done.
Yep, I`m abreast of Microsoft Task Gallery, but it is more then 10 years old project and as far as I know it is suspended or even closed. May be MS has plans to reanimate it but I`ve heard nothing about it. In any case thank you for information we will keep an eye on it.
Aximion 2.0 will much powerful then previous version so development takes so much time :)
Thank you Rudolf, our users feedback is very important for us so please don`t hesitate if you will have any thoughts about Aximion.
